The opening will also mark the launch of two new books. Life Death Rebirth is the complete collection of the
series of the same name, a selection of which will be shown in the exhibition, and Bondage + Photography 2000-2006,
a monograph which includes the series Change Metamorphosis Transformation, the series
Leap of Faith
and a retrospective of similarly themed works from the last 6 years, including images from the portfolios
Bondage 1 and
Bondage 2.
Both books include essays by Bec Dean, curator at the Australian Centre for Photography.
